Today was my first time going to Ernie's and sons and I can tell you now it will not be my last. The lady behind the counter is such a sweetheart.as soon as I dropped my wife's car off to them they pulled it in.they found the problem with my wife's ac.now

While it bugs me to pay for others to complete my auto repairs, I had not choice this time. The staff at Ernie's was attentive, communicative, and helpful. The price for the work done was fair, and the price for parts reasonable. If I had to break down, at least I landed somewhere solid.

If I had read the reviews posted here I may have never given Ernie's a chance. Which would have been a shame because since we have been taking our vehicles there, I have had no complaints. The prices have so far been reasonable, the work has been quality, and the service has been friendly and fast. Y'all keep up with the good work

Excellent!I called on a HOLIDAY!. The lady answering the phone was very friendly and I had an answer to my price inquiry in less than a minute. The gentleman towing my car was on time, absolutely polite and took the shortest way to the destination. The delivery was promptly and on the spot.The price in comparison to all the other services I called prior is excellent. Great personnel, great availability, great service, great price!If my car happens to break down again (I hope never, but ...) I'll keep the phone number from this Auto Service in my emergency kit. Cause you never know

I rented a U-haul twice from these folks because of their great customer service. This is a family business and they make you feel like one of the family when you walk in. Both times I conducted business with them, they were friendly, very helpful and honest.

This past time I was there, I noticed the Fayetteville Observer had one of their vehicles being serviced by them. That says a lot when a local media outlet trusts Ernie and Sons to work on a vehicle. I'll do business with them again.

I did a walk in and my truck was taken in for the requested service almost immediately upon my arrival. Service was efficienct. I saved over $600 dollars from what another repair had quoted. I feel that the folks at Ernie's were fair and honest. They cared about the customer and not just out to make profit.
